Pioneering virtual psychotherapy since 2019, my team at FreeMind Therapy serves adults, teens, couples and families across Canada. We are a group of master-level licensed therapists, who offer the latest and most cutting edge methods in brain-based therapy. Services offered in English, Punjabi & Hindi. Our team works collaboratively to ensure the best mental health and trauma care, specializing in the following approaches- Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)- Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT)- Brainspotting - Somatic Experiencing - Internal Family Systems (parts work)- Clinical Hypnotherapy And more. With a foundation in my MSW from the University of Calgary, my practice’s ethos is rooted in innovation and compassionate care, fostering an environment where the latest therapeutic modalities are leveraged for effective treatment. As the founder, my focus remains on advancing our approach to modern psychotherapy, ensuring that each intervention is tailored to our clients' unique needs. I am passionate about fostering resilience within the Indigenous and other diverse communities we serve, as we expand our reach across Canada.
