As an Account Manager and a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Loblaws, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across the organization along with Employer Branding. I work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the business needs and the talent market, and to deliver a positive candidate experience. I also handle human capital management tasks such as onboarding, performance management, and policy administration. I attend campus events and establish a strong relationship between the management and the campuses. I have over five years of experience in full-cycle IT and Healthcare recruitment, working with reputable companies such as Rogers Communications, Samsung Electronics, and Loblaws Inc. I have successfully recruited candidates for diverse roles and levels, from entry-level to senior management, in various fields and industries, such as technology, retail, and healthcare. I have also developed and implemented recruitment strategies, programs, and tools to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, I have a passion for career coaching and counseling, and I have volunteered as an International Outreach Ambassador and a Career Peer at Conestoga College, where I helped post-secondary international students in Canada with their resume, cover letter, interview, and LinkedIn profile. I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Cambrian College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Sri Eshwar College of Engineering- Anna University. I have also completed multiple online courses on HR systems, QuickBooks, and payroll. I have strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and public speaking skills, as well as a high level of accuracy, organization, and trustworthiness. I am motivated by building relationships, facilitating groups, and enabling business development.
