Sherine is mostly self-taught having developed a passion for everything spirits. With over 10 years of experience as a bartender Sherine built his signature style of mixology earning him multiple awards including the Finalandia Vodka Belvedere re-constructed and American Whisky challenges in India. Sherine is considered among the top mixologists. He was one of the first few people to introduce the concept of molecular mixology to India in 2012 igniting a culture of innovative mixology in the country. In his short career he has set up over 12 restaurants–bars in the UAE India and other countries. Sherine is the Corporate Beverage Manager of Passion F&B group since 2015 and is responsible for the bar operations and curating the beverage menus for group award-winning restaurants Trèsind Mumbai Tresind Dubai Carnival by Trèsind Avatara and A Cappella. He is also the Middle East brand ambassador for high-end beverage brands like Franklin & Sons Tonic Water Vedrenne Liqueurs & Syrups and Mixer professional cocktail produces.
