I am dedicated to fostering an environment where Caribbean cultural nuances are respected and privacy is valued, aligning with CariCope's mission to provide culturally sensitive support.Since January 2021, I've been leading initiatives at CariCope that emphasize confidentiality and cultural competence. My role involves collaborating with a team of Caribbean-born providers to ensure that our diaspora receives effective counseling and coaching. Leveraging my certification as a Professional Life Coach, I've been instrumental in enhancing our service delivery model, ensuring that each improvement aligns with our commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of our clients.
