She currently serves as IT Business Partner in iNova Pharmaceuticals, where she is the trusted IT advisor across Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory business units. She specializes in SaaS Customer Relationship Management (Veeva CRM/ Salesforce), Enterprise Content / Workflow, Quality / Regulatory Management and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). She was recently a Pre-Sales Consultant with Automation Anywhere where she evangelizes the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to help organisations reduce costs/risks and increase speed, accuracy & compliance.Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, she was with Veeva Systems where she is a trusted advisor for her pharmaceutical clients. She leads her business/technical stakeholders in global/regional projects and the rapid implementation of cloud solutions to enable their multichannel sales & marketing strategy.Before joining Veeva, she worked for Accenture where she rolled-out a multi-million case management project, the first of its kind in Asia Pacific. Shermin successfully translates complex business requirements into technical solutions, facilitates training/workshops and coordinates across global teams to resolve business challenges with speed.As a successful digital transformation consultant, Shermin has developed a strong talent for building trusted relationships and solid technical & operational expertise which she looks forward to leverage for her next role in the areas of Sales Engineering, Product Management or Innovation & Design.In her personal capacity, Shermin is a lifelong learner with passion for career mentorship and public speaking. She leads her team in internal sharing sessions, and is a trained Career Consultant who volunteers as a Career Mentor at youth organisations like Young NTUC, Singapore Management University and National Youth Council. She also serves as an Advisor in her Toastmasters Club.
