A graduate of both Fine Art from the Maryland Institute College of Art and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, Sherri combined her artistic and technical aptitude to become a sought-after Hair Architect/Designer when she incorporated as Versacchi Studios in 1994. With over 20 years experience in the design, manufacturing, and application of hair enhancements, additions, and prosthetics, Sherri has worked with thousands of clients worldwide and is highly recognized for her work in CHEMOTHERAPY, RADIATION, TRAUMA, BURN, ALOPECIA and ANDROGENETIC ALOPECIA. Versacchi Studios has received numerous awards and recognitions including the Baltimore Magazine Best of Baltimore Specialty Salon, Top Salon, Top Women Under 40, Washington Business Journal and Top Women in Business.Sherri has licenses in Makeup Artistry and Senior Cosmetology, the highest level attainable in the beauty field. She has been featured in numerous publications, television and radio appearances and continues to consult, educate, and works “behind the chair” in her specialty hair studio, Versacchi Studios.
