Dear Hiring Managers, I am Sherri Walker, and I am a graduate, an artist, and an innovator. I hold a philosophy that excellent customer service can change the world one person at a time. I feel that I can do this through my work as both a writer and as a Customer Service Representative While I currently work in customer service, it is my dream to become a published author. I am well on my way along that path, with a novel series in the works, and by currently attending Full Sail University to earn my Master’s degree in Creative Writing. When it comes to my personality, I am a cheerful person to add to your team. I know various software and have skills that range from video editing to tutoring. I make each customer that comes into contact with me feel special, and work quickly to help their issue. I am not afraid of large workloads, working alone, or having to moderate content. I have a home office/studio that I can work from that is fully equipped to handle most jobs. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Production. I am adept at picking up other software and skills quickly. I hope this has given you enough insight into the kind of person I am, and the employee I strive to be.
