My first step into the land of insurance at the age of 21, was as the front-door receptionist at a small agency in Ponca City, OK. I graduated to Personal Lines CSR quickly and eventually moved to Tulsa, OK continuing in the Home/Auto arena. Delores Gregg hired me at CFR, Inc. in Tulsa, OK and the Commercial Lines CSR life changed for the gal from Ponca City. Many years later, still in insurance industry and all I can say is, it's been good to me. I've met some wonderful people, some long time friends, business associates, and learned more than I could ever have imagined.
