I am a highly motivated individual with strong planning and organizational skills. As a proficient writer, I have created a wide variety of documentation including company policies and procedures manuals, compliance manuals, help manuals, training manuals, and employee handbooks, as well as product reports and market data analysis. I am also a natural trainer for both individuals and groups (e.g, workshops, seminars, etc.), and strive to make the learning experience informative and enjoyable. In my 25 years of experience working in the private sector, I have been involved in several software implementation projects, including the deployment of payroll, benefits, and learning management software systems. I was actively involved in all phases of these projects. I have used my planning and organizational skills to deliver many types of projects (both large and small) in a variety of fields including government and financial sectors. I have also helped develop various programs related to environmental and human rights issues within the apparel industry, and participated in conferences on the subjects of sustainability and climate change.
