Merchandising, Leading, Training and all in pursuit to grow sales! Supporting the team can take many forms, providing hands on training to grow employees into merchandisers is my passion. How a store looks and feels impacts a customers desire to explore and shop in any location. Understanding standards are the building blocks of dynamic presentations goes hand and had with knowing how to showcase a new product or service. Good customer service can build outstanding connections, Great merchandising builds customer confidence in making a purchase without needing to connect with an associate. I believe teams thrive in engaging environments where everyone feels they can contribute in a meaningful way, understand the products they are selling, and wake up with anticipation of seeing the people they work with knowing they are supported. During my years of working, I have served in several support capacities from Managing a single small team to several teams of 6-9. I have supported in a physical capacity as well as an administrative capacity. It has been my pleasure to support diverse leaders with a multitude of tasks, all in the pursuit of growing sales through the customer experience. Passionate about merchandising, training and collaborating roles that most interest me are, Visual Merchandising, Store Standards Specialist, Re-Merchandising Planner and Event planning. In my personal life I enjoy cooking, photography, and spend the majority of my time adoring my family and enjoying time with the dog.
