Time management is key to staying on top of things. It is critical that I communicate these changes timely to keep flight and ground crews on point and prepared to avoid being blindsided. I am committed to: Support my clients and team daily with administrative duties, travel and calendar management Liaise with partners to complete special projects and initiatives Manage expense tracking for budgets and travels, preparing reports as needed Prepare and maintain confidential information regarding financials, logistics and special needs Represent my team and organization professionally, maturely and respectfully In addition, I am an innovative problem-solver. I research to understand the issue and my client’s needs and expectations. Client and account management is very important to me and nothing makes me happier that providing a positive experience. Coordinating logistics for travel and events both domestically and internationally, I make sure the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed. I work closely with both internal and external partners to build a highly productive and engaging culture.
