Light Paving Company, where she led transformative projects that expanded market reach and increased profitability. Her knack for process improvement, cross-team collaboration, and goal-oriented execution positioned her as a trusted leader who delivers — on time and within budget.Today, as Membership Director, Sherry is focused on building stronger connections and delivering meaningful value to every member. She’s passionate about bringing relevance, relationships, and renewal to the RV community — ensuring that each member feels part of something bigger than the road they travel.In addition to her project management leadership, Sherry has hands-on experience in facility management, overseeing both a national headquarters and a campground.
