As an experienced IT leader, I'm known for strategic management and process optimization, with expertise in driving operational excellence across diverse organizations. I have experience leading the entire IT application life cycle, from selection and implementation to ongoing support—delivering measurable cost savings and efficiencies. I thrive on helping others realize “what’s possible” through forward-thinking, collaborative leadership. Most recently, as Director of IT Applications at Novant Health, I led the consolidation of two ServiceNow instances post-merger, achieving significant annual savings and streamlined workflows. My technical background spans ServiceNow modules including ITSM Pro, Discovery, HRSD Pro, HAM, SAM, SPM, BCM, and TPRM. Previously at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, I drove the successful rollout and enhancement of ServiceNow, led Meaningful Use/Promoting Interoperability reporting yielding $100M+ in incentives, and played a key role in the organization’s transition following its acquisition. With a CPA and a passion for business process improvement, I blend financial insight with technology to enable transformative business solutions that boost efficiency, care, and data sharing.
