About Sherry Stenerson

Ms. Stenerson is general counsel at Factory Motor Parts and oversees the company’s legal department. In this role she is responsible for handling all legal matters affecting the company, to which she brings extensive experience in comprehensive corporate advising including: strategic advising; acquisitions and contract management; supply chain strategies and inventory management; regulatory compliance and negotiations; fiscal and legal management; employment advising; intellectual property management; policy analysis; and litigation and risk management. She regularly mentors, manages and trains leadership team members, as well as peers and subordinates, on broad range of legal and business strategy matters. A keen understanding of multi-cultural business practices affords Ms. Stenerson a distinct advantage when conducting business and negotiations in the international arena. As Staff Judge Advocate, 88th Readiness Division, United States Army Reserve, Colonel Stenerson leads a team of judge advocates, paralegals, and civilian legal professionals who provide legal services to the 88th Readiness Division, which comprises a 19-state area. In her prior assignments, Colonel Stenerson served as Commander, 214th Legal Operations Detachment, Legal Advisor, United States Special Operations Command, Deputy Commander, 87th Legal Operations Detachment, Legal Command, Staff Judge Advocate and Ethics Advisor, 95th Training Division, 108th Training Command, and Command Judge Advocate, Great Lakes Training Division, 75th Training Command. She completed her Masters in Strategic Studies at the United States Army War College, Carlisle, PA, in July 2018, having graduated With Distinction.
