I started my Nurse Practioner career as a hospitalist for CHI memorial Hospital, in Hixson, TN. I gained valuable acute care experience and worked with an excellent team of providers. I spent the next 2 & 1/2 years in primary care practice. My 7 years Nursing experience on a cardiac thoracic step-down unit along with my APN experience has been a great foundation for my current position at Liver and Gastroenterology Center. Learning my patient's unique story and providing excellent care to meet their specific physical, mental and spiritual needs is my passion. Absolutely love solving the problems and when my patient’s tell me they don’t have to stay home anymore because their symptoms are gone and their quality is life is awesome again, it really makes my day!
