As an experienced e-commerce strategy and solutions expert with extensive international education, living experience, and collaboration within diverse global teams, I am dedicated to driving project planning and execution by deeply understanding China's consumer environment and leveraging digitalization and e-commerce trends. Early in my career, I collaborated with emerging luxury designer brands to establish their presence in China, contributing to project planning, market positioning, and comprehensive e-commerce and retail operations. At Baozun, a leader in China's e-commerce ecosystem, I co-work with BG head and contributed in establishment of a horizontal strategy team to support BAU operational business. By diving deeply into the operational knowledge framework across TP company functions and digital operations, I connected vertical modules across the group with a growth-driven digital business approach. This resulted in creating a full-chain value link that integrates brand performance strategies with execution excellence. Throughout my journey of providing end-to-end solutions to leading brands across various categories and channels, I have accumulated extensive expertise in core strategies for footwear, apparel, accessories, and luxury goods, alongside actionable consumer insights and operational data.
