About Sherryl Benjamin

I am a Software Testing professional with over 10 years of experience in quality assurance, including team leadership and delivering reliable, high-quality software solutions. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively on test planning, defect management, and ensuring product stability in fast-paced environments. I have also led teams, focusing on collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement in testing processes. To strengthen my technical and analytical capabilities, I pursued a Master’s in Applied Technology in New Zealand, specializing in Data Analytics and Intelligence. During this time, I published research with on “Motivations Behind Adopting Edge Cloud Computing.” This experience enhanced my ability to approach testing with a data-driven mindset and a deeper understanding of modern systems. More recently, I have gained customer-focused experience in retail and telecommunications, further developing my problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with diverse systems and users. In my current role at Spark, I focus on resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a strong commitment to service quality. I am now actively seeking opportunities in Software Testing / QA, where I can leverage my experience in quality assurance along with my analytical skills to contribute to building robust, user-focused, and high-performing applications.
