I have 19 solid and extensive years of experience in HR Shared Services Delivery, 18 of which as a People Leader, managing various offshored & outsourced services, including Senior Stakeholders, Vendors & Operations Leaders. My role in Johnson & Johnson is to make a difference - a difference that can help our patients, doctors, nurses, employees, products and services touch a billion lives each day.one person at a time. The opportunity to make a difference as I manage teams, vendors, customers & stakeholders, in planning for and bringing to life new departments / groups & Steady State Support for new products & services is what excites me each day, as I look to continue performing this at the highest level, but in a higher capacity & in even larger landscapes.
