With over 11 years of experience in Customer Support and Operations Leadership at RingCentral, I’ve had the privilege of growing from a frontline support role into my current position as Associate Director of Customer Support, leading teams that deliver exceptional service experiences for our global customers. My journey has been shaped by a passion for people, process, and performance,empowering teams to solve complex technical issues, elevate customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Currently, I lead both Technical Account Managers and Support Engineers specializing in NICE Contact Center (CXOne) and UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) solutions, with a strong focus on proactive account management, technical excellence, and creating a seamless customer journey. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully managed large scale operations, optimized workflows, and built high-performing teams by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and care.
