I encourage you to take that leap. Because I did and I have never looked back. I am passionate about inspiring and building the future of whatever industry you may in particularly building strong leadership to show the world that young people can be inspiring, innovative and leaders in their field. I want to inspire the next generation of young leaders to step up to their potential and step into a leadership role. As the next generation of leaders emerge, I'd like to say that we are ambitious and creative, with a vision that challenges many of the mindsets and models and processes associated with the way we currently operate. In an ever-evolving industry it is vital that we have a platform for young professionals to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences.
