With over 20 years of experience in multi-disciplined supply chain management, I have held key roles including APAC Regional Planning Supervisor (8 years), Distribution Analyst (5 years), Transportation Specialist (2 years), Systems and Inventory Specialist (3 years), and Non-Trade Inventory Controller (4 years). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Data Processing Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, with Civil Service Eligibility, and a Master of Business Administration from University Canada West. Currently, I am a Senior Supply Chain Supervisor at Kaltech Manufacturing Ltd, where I contribute to optimizing operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards- Worked with the Stock Transfer team, relocating operations from Beauty (RGW) and Non-Beauty (TOPY) Distribution Centers to the National Distribution Center in Laguna- Leadership Award for contributions to the National Distribution Center Outsourcing Team- Achieved 100% accuracy in the WMS-MACPAC Reconciliation Automation Project, resolving over 700 daily SKU variances- Contributed to the Transportation Management System Project, automating inventory tracking from distribution to branch operations- Reached 100% Service Level in Premium, Brochure, Kids, Mom & Baby categories, and 99% Service Level in Personal Care, Skin Care, and Hair Care- Collaborated with the Regional Planning Head to align APAC Service Reporting with global standards for consistency across markets- Improved the APAC Service Application Tool, making analytics generation easier and enabling better action planning- Supported the NDC Operations Recovery Team, providing both operational insights and analytics to APAC leaders- Co-developed the Asia Pacific Weekly Service and Inventory Report, helping markets anticipate risks before month-end and enhance proactive inventory management- Played a key role in the ISO 9001:2015 Recertification Audit at Kaltech, securing three additional years of certification with no major non-conformities.
