About Sheva Feld

Dr. Sheva Feld is a licensed psychologist with a depth of understanding regarding the impact of work/life challenges and stressors that leaders face. Informed by 25 years as a corporate advisor and coach, her approach is intuitive, interactive and facilitative. She helps her clients recognize their decision-making process while deepening their self-awareness. Sheva’s approach provides performance-enhancing guidance to help executives attain peak performance while sustaining work/life balance. She enables her clients to reach a sense of meaning and purpose, and greater overall satisfaction. Sheva is especially successful working with high functioning women. She helps them reach full potential by maximizing their strengths and eliminating ineffective patterns. Sheva helps them grow from the inside out, as she guides them toward increased empowerment. Dr. Feld has advised executives in start-up's, mid-sized fast-growing firms and large, well-established companies in a variety of industries including technology, hospitality, finance, and utilities. She ran the Employee Assistance Program for the corporate headquarters of a Fortune 500 company, where she created leadership and educational programs, coached executives, and provided Wellness services. Companies include Zendesk, Lyve Minds, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Wells Fargo Bank, SBC, VA Medical Centers, the Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group and the San Francisco Bar Association. Additionally, Sheva has managed a successful clinical practice working with individuals and groups. Sheva is a highly respected educator and workshop leader and was the national radio spokesperson for the American Woman research project sponsored by Mervyn’s of California. She has appeared on television and in news articles as an expert on workplace dynamics, and the interpersonal dynamics of men and women in the workplace. She regularly expands her knowledge base through education, and continues her own personal growth work.
