Possessing a strong scientific foundation with a master’s degree in microbiology, I bring a unique perspective to risk assessment, policy development, and regulatory compliance. My experience includes managing comprehensive biosafety programs, leading and mentoring professional teams, and collaborating effectively with research communities and stakeholders to ensure the safe conduct of cutting-edge research. I am adept at interpreting and implementing federal, state, and local regulations (NIH Guidelines, CDC, DOT, MIOSHA, OSHA, TOSHA) and have a strong commitment to building respectful relationships to ensure compliance through shared understanding. Completion of the Ross School of Business Center For Positive Leadership Training, I am passionate about creating positive customer experiences and driving continuous improvement in safety programs.
