About Shianne Owen

As a Mobilisation Coordinator at EDL, a leading energy solutions provider that operates across Australia, I coordinate the travel and accommodation of operations personnel, maintenance contractors, and shutdown personnel for remote and regional sites in WA, QLD, and NT. I use various systems and tools, such as Workflow, INX, LMS, Pegasus, CONNX, CTM, and CPL, to manage the mobilisation process efficiently and effectively. I also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as site managers, project managers, clients, and suppliers, to ensure smooth and safe operations.One of the projects that I am proud of being involved in is the Agnew Hybrid Renewable Project, which is the first of its kind in Australia to power a gold mine with wind, solar, battery, and gas. I helped mobilise the personnel for this project in 2019, which was a challenging but rewarding experience. I am passionate about working in the renewable energy sector, as I believe it is the future of sustainable and responsible energy solutions. I am also studying Diploma of Education from North Metropolitan TAFE, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration, to enhance my skills and knowledge in this field. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. I believe I can bring value to any organization that shares my vision and values.
