Established project management and technology leader with proven expertise in leading successful programs in digital strategy, marketing, and operations management. 20+ years of experience in leading global cross-functional teams with end-to-end ownership of strategy, planning, and operations to drive growth with scale and revenue impacts.I am a CS engineer at heart who realized early on that I found joy in leading and inspiring teams to deliver. I learned the hard realities of the intersection of technology and business when many of the products my teams built from scratch were shut down due to the products not making business / revenue sense. I pivoted to understand more on the business side of things, which took me to a magical land of digital marketing and advertising. I haven't stopped learning from that day. I have built and led global multi-disciplinary teams that I believe are critical to the success of any business. Along the way, I also got my Doctorate degree so that I can give back and help the next generation of professionals successfully marry theory and practice in the real business world. The humbling point of my career was being presented with the annual CEO's Award for exemplifying the value of Teamwork at AOL.
