I started my career in internal audit, building a strong foundation in operational excellence, compliance, and risk awareness. That experience shaped how I approach every project today — with structure, collaboration, and a focus on impact. Over the years, I’ve evolved from reviewing processes to creating them. At BCA, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and build initiatives that drive digital transformation and empower merchants — from developing new acquisition channels and leading the launch of the BCA Merchant App, to creating the Merchant Support Team project that now operates across major trade areas and continues to expand nationwide. I also spearheaded the development of a real-time QRIS download tool using a low-code model, simplifying branch operations and increasing merchant satisfaction. What drives me is seeing innovation translate into real results — when processes become simpler, merchants feel supported, and our ecosystem grows stronger. I’m passionate about building sustainable solutions that combine technology, strategy, and collaboration to create meaningful value for both businesses and customers.
