About Shierwin Santos

My name is Shierwin. I'm currently working as a Training Facilitator for Camp Australia. I handle most of the new hire onboarding classes for the Global Support Centre located in the Philippines. I am seeking employment in a company that will allow me to pursue my passion in Training and Facilitation, but at the same time provide opportunities for development into a more managerial role. I like seeing my trainees grow and develop into amazing individuals. There's always that sense of fulfillment in being part of a trainees growth, them realizing their potential and eventually becoming successful in their chosen careers. I see myself as a "How can we improve it" person. I am always curious about how the process works or how something failed in order to develop ways for it to improve or to avoid the same mistakes in the future. I'm a gamer. I like playing online games during my free time. I also love spending the afternoon playing with my dog, watching new science documentaries or updating myself with the latest korean drama on Netfilx.
