As the franchise owner and principal of Podar Prep Palava, I have dedicated over a decade to early childhood education. I am passionate about creating an inspiring and supportive environment for young learners, where they can explore their individuality and build a foundation for lifelong learning. I believe that art and creativity play a crucial role in child development, offering a way for children to express themselves and feel connected to the world around them. It is my mission to keep this creative spirit alive in our preschool through engaging programs and diverse activities. My role as an administrator involves not only overseeing curriculum quality and educational standards but also fostering a culture of exploration and joy. With a background in human development and as a PhD scholar, I am continuously committed to advancing educational practices and bringing innovative approaches to early childhood education. My goal is to empower both our teachers and students, ensuring every child receives a well-rounded, enriching experience at Podar Prep Palava.
