I’ve worn a lot of hats—data scientist, technical writer, support lead—and every role has sharpened my ability to translate complex ideas into something people can actually use. Whether that’s helping teams debug cost discrepancies in their data pipelines, breaking down Java programming concepts for 135K+ learners, or making sure technical documentation doesn’t read like a sleep aid, I’m all in.
