Shijy has 12 years of progressive leadership experience in education and patient care services. She's experienced in operations, quality, patient safety, patient experience organizational & staff development, and is currently working as Director of Clinical Operations in AHHFMC North West Suburb of Chicago, Illinois. Mrs. Alex is excellent at leading patient and family-centered care delivery models across the continuum of services. She has strong leadership skills in building collaborative teams, engaging staff and fostering development. Also, she is a strategic, innovative and visionary thinker, providing a multidimensional approach to health care delivery drawn from a broad base of experience national and international. In addition, she has expertise in change management leadership, talent optimization, and succession planning.shijy is a member of ACHE, pursuing FASCHE. Shijy is affiliated with American Heart Association Instructor network for the last 14 years and is a member of American Organization of Nurse Executives & American College of healthcare executives.Shijy won the Goldberg Innovation award and did several podium presentations which includes innovations in nursing education and practice and leadership topics in San Antonio, Texas in 2017 and in University of Texas in 2018. Shijy is actively involved in various community activities and speaks in various forums. Shijy has been an entrepreneur and serves as the president of Mizpah Center for Allied Health Education.
