With over 15 years of progressive HR experience across India APAC and Middle East I am a seasoned HR leader and transformation consultant who can provide strategic direction and support to start-ups and technical businesses. I hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification in HRM and a MBA in HR from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. I also have a Train the Trainer certification in soft skills and image consulting from Enrologies Pvt. Ltd. As the General Manager HR at Audify I was responsible for creating a rich pipeline of diverse high-potential talent running the full desk of talent acquisition functions and resolving conflicts and compensation issues. I partnered with the top management and heads of departments to design and implement HR policies and procedures drive business growth and facilitate organizational development plans. I also managed associate complaints harassment and discrimination allegations internal team conflicts and other employment law complaints as a conflict management practitioner. I have a track record of taking up initiatives and delivering them with efficiency learning and exploring new things and working on TUPE transfers business transfers and takeovers.
