As the Talent Management and Performance Management CoE for India and Nepal region at KONE, I am responsible for designing and implementing people strategies that align with the business objectives and foster a culture of excellence and innovation. I have over 9 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in HR business partnering, organization development, and talent management. I have successfully led and contributed to various HR projects, such as developing an in-house LMS application, revamping the competency framework, and conducting internal audits for ISO certifications. I have also leveraged HR analytics and surveys to diagnose issues and devise solutions for improving employee engagement, retention, and productivity. I am passionate about learning new things and applying them intelligently, as well as empowering others to achieve their potential.
