I am an HR professional with over 15 years of work experience in diverse industries ranging from manufacturing, IT, Retail to Government. My passion includes talent management, diversity, inclusion, training and creating a culture where human resources department exemplifies trust, integrity and professionalism. Having been involved hands on with almost every function of the human resources field, both in USA and abroad I have in the last fifteen plus years of functional experience as an HR professional have developed an undeniable passion and commitment to the difference I am able to make through the jobs that I am bestowed to perform on a day to day basis. I have made crucial contributions in aligning HR policies with changing organizational needs and development goals, by creating excellent relationship and partnerships with the senior management and the executive leadership. Driving proper talent acquisition initiatives to enable the organization achieve its goals and utilization of resources available through proper performance management and succession planning has been my primary strength. Fostering a culture of respect, diversity, empathy confidentiality and service is what I believe in every day I walk to my office. I have played an integral part in introducing new and improved policies for my company but have also played a strategic role during political changes and management changes for my company and its people. My PHR certification and my recent certification for leadership skills from Dale Carnegie institute, makes me well equipped and ready to further make a difference to my company and its people.
