As a Computer System Validation (CSV) Specialist I define validation strategies based on risk based approaches. I am aware that the Pharma/ Life sciences industry is evolving because I have directly contributed to establishing and maintaining the validated status of many CS via waterfall, hybrid-agile and agile methodologies often using tools such as JIRA, XRay and ALM. I understand the traditional "deliverables based" CSV can be a barrier to adoption of innovative technologies. It is also limited in scope to GxP regulations. There are other regulations and obligations to be addressed including data privacy, Sarbanes Oxley, cyber security and responsible artificial intelligence use.
