I have been an Associate Nurse Manager since July 2008 and concurrently working as Liaison Nurse since August 2018 at Werribee Mercy Hospital. • I have acted as Nurse Unit Manager of I.C.U on multiple occasions for an extended period.• I am BLS and ALS assessor since 2008 and I have also successfully completed ALS Instructor Course (provided by 9 July 2010) and updated again in November 2017.• I worked as a Critical Care Specialist at Cabrini Health from 1997 – 2008. • I believe that I possess the essential knowledge, skills and experience to effectively carry out the duties that this position entails.• I am flexible, conscientious, competent and compassionate and am capable of working well under extreme pressure.• I am a good communicator and team player who values working in an open, supportive and productive environment.• I have a Master of Nursing degree which complements my other tertiary qualifications. I have also undertaken numerous professional development courses and I believe these accomplishments together with my nursing experience attest to my professional standing.• I am very enthusiastic about this position as I am passionate about patient care.
