About Shingo Noguchi

Shingo Noguchi has extensive experience in general corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, restructurings, and capital raisings, with an emphasis on cross-border M&A. He also regularly advises private companies on matters of corporate law. Prior to joining TMI Associates, Shingo was an associate at one of the largest international law firm and a leading Japanese local law firm. He was also seconded for three years to a Vietnamese local law firm that has strong connections with the Vietnamese government. During his time in Japan and Vietnam, he handled cross-border M&A, international trade, cross-border litigation/arbitration, antitrust cases, international financial cases, and natural resources and energy transactions. Shingo advises Japanese and international clients on their cross-border transactions in and out of Japan and focuses on suggesting practical solutions to minimize risks/get deals done successfully, by using his expansive knowledge of multijurisdictional transactions. He has experience advising clients across a number of sectors, including Japanese/foreign government, international organizations, financial institutions, Mega-Shosha, manufacturing, telecommunications, media, and IT businesses.
