About Shington Cinelus

As a Program Director at Bay State Community Services, Inc, I develop and maintain collaborative relationships with state agencies and community partners, ensuring compliance with financial monitoring and reporting methods, and managing a system of flexible funds for the Area Office. I have successfully overseen a large contract with the Department of Children and Families, providing high-quality services to families in need. I have a strong passion for helping others, which is why I pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Fitchburg State University, with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. I have also gained valuable experience as a Supervisor at Hope House Addiction Services and an Assistant Program Manager at The Price Center, where I provided feedback, supervision, and training to staff, and ensured quality and safety in program implementation. I enjoy looking for solutions to common manager problems, using my problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. My goal is to continue to grow as a health care leader and contribute to the well-being of the communities I serve.
