I began my career in the industry as an Operational Staff for Quality Control Testing (Visual Check) for 2 years, where I was responsible for managing the daily planning of the production team and ensuring that each product met quality standards before being released to the market. However, with a strong desire for growth, I explored new potential within myself and transitioned into the IT field. I actively participated in an IT developer bootcamp, where I gained proficiency in programming languages such as RPG/ILE and COBOL. Currently, I have over 1 year and 3 months of experience as a Software Engineer in a Core Banking project at Bank Mandiri, contributing to the development and maintenance of the bank’s core systems. Now, I serve as an IT Business Partner, responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from the initial proposal to implementation. With cross-industry experience and a strong combination of technical expertise and business understanding, I am committed to delivering efficient technology solutions that create real impact. I am always open to collaboration and discussions on IT innovations and digital transformation.
