I had already taken the people management legal framework course on HSELand in 2010 and re-visited employment law when I completed People Management Fetac Level 6 in 2018. • I have a strong knowledge of Health Act 2007 and Regulations 2013 as amended (SI 415), the nurses and midwives act 2011 and various employment laws, NMBI code of practice and other guidelines. I keep abreast of national and international developments in policies, guidelines and research relevant to the nursing home sector. • I have been for the past 10 years, involved in either development, approval or review of local both mandatory and best practice.
