I am currently a dedicated professional supporting the dynamic and innovative environment at Merck & Co, Inc. As a technical support specialist at PVP Inc, a Google vendor, I specialized in cloud services and billing, making autonomous decisions based on data and anticipating impacts to the business. I developed standard operating procedures, communicated changes to user-experience and engineering teams, and served as the escalation point for lower tier teams and high-priority issues. I collaborated with cross-functional partners to proactively identify and resolve issues, improving the end-user experience and reducing support volume and complexity. I have a degree in Culture, Society, and Media from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, where I learned to analyze and communicate diverse perspectives and cultures, and I am passionate about UI/UX design. I have previously worked as an operator and translator at Sanko Soflan Holdings, where I was responsible for the creation and translation of templates and part of the website. I have also worked as a guest service agent at Far East Organization, where I assisted customers in a timely and professional manner. I am proficient in French, Arabic, and English, and I enjoy learning new languages and skills.
