Hello! Thank you so much for visiting my profile! My name is Shio Kondo, and I am originally from Japan. I graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (Class of 2023), with a strong foundation in customer service and hospitality. I have hands-on experience working as a Front Desk Agent at Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, where I developed essential skills in guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills. I also gained valuable experience working as a host and server at a restaurant in Waikiki, where I learned the importance of teamwork, multitasking, and ensuring guest experiences. After completing my time at Outrigger, I returned to Japan in 2024, and I am exploring new career opportunities. While I have a passion for the hospitality and travel Industry, I am also open to roles in other sectors that allow me to apply the skills that I already have, and get new skills. I'm particularly interested in positions that offer growth and the chance to make a positive impact, whether in customer service, operations, or other fields.
