As a PhD in Management from Columbia Business School and Harvard Research Fellow, I have over two decades of experience in teaching, consulting, grant writing and coaching in professional services. I have worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where I advised and supported senior executives and managers in hi-tech industries such as HP and Fiverr on various aspects of organizational development, leadership, and talent. I have obtained three certifications in negotiations, political psychology, and climate innovation from IVY league Universities.
