About Shira Yoast

I am a project manager who loves managing IT projects and coaching developers and/or engineers, serving as a key person in presenting projects and project statuses to groups of stakeholders and keeping track of projects. I excel at this thanks to my impeccable organization skills and am very good at planning things and making sure they get done. Ever since I was a little girl I was fascinated by Artificial Intelligence. My dream was to work in technology with AI and be a leader in helping make AI more than just a concept from science fiction. I remember watching some episodes of Star Trek with my mother and wondering if computers would ever be able to assist us intuitively like that one day. One of my favorite books growing up was called Great Inventions, I could only imagine the possibilities of those paired with AI. I was so excited when I tried Copilot and ChatGPT for the first time- & : Organized a monthly team-building lunch for our team so we could all get to know each other better and increase team collaboration and communication- & : Built effective relationships with both internal stakeholders across various organizations I worked at and external clients- ℎ&ℎ: Led multiple class projects in my Master’s program at Drexel University that led to perfect scores and very positive feedback from professors. Was asked to come back to speak in an Agile Project management class.Outside of work, I love to travel and do outdoorsy stuff like hiking and camping.
