About Shiral Torres

For almost three decades, I've been a landlord with multiple rental properties across the country. My goal is to help Mom & Pop landlords gain confidence and profits so that they can live the life of their dreams. successful and increase their profits. I provide a range of classes to assist landlords based on their specific needs. My classes are available both online and in person, and cover a variety of topics including basic bookkeeping and organizational skills, as well as strategies for finding and retaining ideal tenants. During the classes, I also review the latest required forms, including those mandated by law, and provide guidance on how to accurately fill them out. My business name is Simply Shiral because I believe in simplicity. I have categorized my classes into individual topics to make the learning process easier. Each class is not just a class, but a program that comes with various benefits like access to my resource library, landlord club, and vetted partners. I'm the author of a book called "Rental Properties Made Simple" which is available for purchase on amazon.com. Currently, I am in the process of writing my second book titled "Mom & Pop Landlords: Challenges and Solutions," which is set to release in late 2024. I teach classes at Pasadena City College, Glendale Community College, Los Angeles Valley College, and through my business, Simply Shiral. I'm a volunteer on the planning committee for NAMI Walk and a Presenter for NAMI's Ending the Silence program. Additionally, I volunteer on the planning committee for Walk to End Alzheimer's and serve as a Caregiver Support Group Facilitator for the Alzheimer's Association.
