I have managed multi disciplined teams across the South East and Surrey region and have recently taken my career into a different direction. I am now a member of the Hays Learning & Development team that challenges and inspires our people to reach their full potential and achieve their own personal success. We do this through innovative, engaging and blended learning methods and resources that are aligned and responsive to changing markets, customer and business needs.
