Major chunk of my career revolved around managing global leave coding & benefits groups and people including talent management, rewards/recognition, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, employee development and engagement.Gained enriched experience in managing entire large scale business operations with key focus on customer, cost & team development. Track record of working within a business with rapidly expanding operations, and leading process improvements within the organization while building and motivating staff. Provided strategic thinking and foresight in planning & execution of the organization’s overall customer experience goals. My major highlights have included driving business strategy and translating business priorities into an HR agenda. Often called upon to bring initiatives and projects back to track; help business leaders look around corners through data-driven innovative recommendations for new initiatives as well as iterating on current programs to improve team performance, retention and the employee experience.In my present association with TIAA, my primary work includes managing a team of 7 Sr.Associates/business partners from Pune & Mumbai.
