With over 19 years in HR and operational management, there isn't much I haven't seen. I love connecting with people and being that go-to person for all staff members. Having worked in for-profit and non-profit settings, I have years of practice improving performance, employee engagement, profitability, and increasing an organization's greatest asset: human capital. I thrive on tough challenges and have expert researching skills. Onboarding a new employee, attending executive meetings, chatting with vendors, verifying payroll, providing staff training on EAP, updating HR records, helping an employee with FMLA paperwork, and interviewing candidates all in the same day! Bring it on! You might have to listen to me talk about my dogs and my whacky grandkids, but that is my self-care, and I promise to promote your self-care, too! Ultimately, I put my head on my pillow at night and sleep well knowing that I provide excellent human resource services to staff in the name of increasing performance and retaining talent to create an awesome work environment. I am performance-driven with extensive experience in facilitating support services and office management. With strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, I am a trusted advisor, liaison, and HR manager with high proficiency with proprietary software systems and Microsoft programs.
