Shirley Johnson-Boyd is a Global Real Estate Consultant licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. She provides selling, buying and investing advisory services specializing in multifamily, industrial net leased and hospitality properties. Shirley is recognized as a savvy and knowledgeable real property investment expert and has published article in several publications including the CCIM VA newsletter, Beulah Corridor and Kingstonian. Of particular interest and focus is her role as Board of Directors Elect, FIABCI-USA, an international real estate federation and NGO. She is also the Chair of the International Business Forum with the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR). Because of her international focus, Shirley helps lead a group with members interested in exploring purchasing properties abroad. With her contacts with real estate professionals in over 70 countries, Shirley forms connections with property buyers and sellers around the world. Shirley also has over 20 years working for a bank regulator focusing on IT and Finance. IT experience included leading a cross-divisional team in selecting and implementing a new, SAAS Cloud product that was successfully adopted by 100% of the user community and Contract Oversight Management for multi-year, multimillion dollar contracts. Financial analysis experience includes Financial and Trend Analysis, including Banking Call Reports, Commercial Real Estate, Subprime Lending and Banking, and Noninterest Income. Additionally, Shirley conducted TARP analysis and reported on financial institutions totaling over $200 Billion in Deposits and $400 Billion in Assets. She has interfaced with failed bank personnel, acquiring institution personnel and the consumers at bank closings, and performed on-site, highly sensitive Customer Service activities. Finally, Shirley’s future endeavors include launching a podcast by the end of first quarter covering multi facets of International Property purchasing to include FinTech, PropTech, Consulting, Design, etc. Stay tuned!
