About Shirley Negri

Serving the Aviation Industry since 1987, Shirley began her aviation career in the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division – Helicopter Maintenance. Following her military service, she remained in aviation by working for a company that provided contract aircraft maintenance to Airlines, Repair Stations and Manufacturers, worldwide. During her ten-year term in this organization, she worked her way to Vice President of Administration overseeing Human Resources and Personnel compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations pertaining to background checks, anti-drug and alcohol misuse program management, and training for greater than 500 employees. She is a founding partner of NATA Compliance Services and began working with the FAA then the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) since its formation, in the development and the implementation of the various fingerprinting programs that the Business Aviation, Corporate Aviation and Flight Training Providers must comply with today. She has dedicated her career to aviation and personnel compliance and holds a degree in Organizational Management & Human Resources Management. Shirley resides near the NATA Compliance Services’ Operational Center headquartered in Reno, NV.
