About Shishir Sinha

I am a Product Owner/Project Manager and I help my clients envision and plan products. I started as a Trainee Engineer, with one of the largest Energy management companies, Schneider Electric in 2008 and there could not have been a better way to start a career. Was fortunate to get assigned with the Bid management team and got my own projects to bid in less than a year's time. It helped my understand the lifecycle of a project from initiation to closure and how time, cost, scope are the interdependent. I am at core a "Project Manager" Joining Infosys in 2015 was an entirely new experience. Working in an IT organization with no prior experience made me feel like a fresher once again. And, it was quite a learning curve: 1) I learnt consulting 2) Was introduced to Agile 3) Had my first onsite assignment at Finland (which was awesome!) 4) Became a PMP certified Project Management Professional Nagarro in 2021 was a welcome change and I am happy to be able to contribute and be part of a CARING organization which is indeed one of the best places to work.
